Las Cruces, NM – The New Mexico Broadcasters Association has named the winners of the Excellence in Broadcasting awards for 2009 and Bravo Mic Communications was recognized for outstanding achievement in six different categories. The winners are:

Public Service Campaign – “Coats for Kids” KVLC, Shannon Ellis, Production Director.

Station Promotional Announcements - KOBE-AM, KOBE Imaging , KC Counts, Program Director.

DJ/Personality – Mike McKay, KVLC.

Complete Newscast - KOBE-AM, KOBE News, KC Counts, Anchor

Talk Show – “Titletown Sports Talk” with Paul Carrara and Brian Cox.

Sixty Second Commercial – Las Crucs Motorsports by Shannon Ellis, Production Director.
